Individual Adult Counseling
One-on-one sessions offer a space that’s just for you—to slow down, tune in, and begin healing the patterns that are keeping you stuck. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, or big life changes, we’ll work together to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Using a mix of Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and emotion-focused approaches, I’ll help you reconnect with yourself and create meaningful change from the inside out.
Group Counseling
Group therapy creates a space where you can show up as you are and connect with others who truly get it. In a safe, confidential setting, you’ll share your experiences, receive honest and compassionate feedback, and gain new insight alongside people navigating similar struggles. It’s a space where your voice matters, your experiences are validated, and you can practice being more fully yourself—without the pressure to have it all figured out. You don’t have to do this alone.
Counseling groups will be formed based on client and community need and will be announced at least a month in advance. Potential group topics include anxiety, depression, anger, LGBTQ+ identities, and grief.
Individual Teen Counseling
Being a teen today is a lot. Between school pressure, social stress, identity questions, and family dynamics, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or shut down. In individual therapy, I create a supportive space where teens can be themselves without judgment. We’ll work together to understand what’s going on underneath the surface—whether it’s anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, anger, or something harder to name. Using a mix of IFS, somatic therapy, and emotion-focused tools, I help teens build emotional awareness, strengthen their sense of self, and feel more grounded in who they are.
