Individual Adult Counseling

One-on-one sessions offer a space that’s just for you—to slow down, tune in, and begin healing the patterns that are keeping you stuck. In the midst of everyday demands and expectations, it can be hard to make space for your own needs and emotions. These sessions give you room to breathe and get curious about what’s really going on beneath the surface. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, or major life transitions, we’ll gently explore the roots of your struggles and what your symptoms might be trying to communicate. Using an integrative blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and emotion-focused approaches, I’ll support you in reconnecting with your body, accessing the parts of you that need healing, and creating meaningful change from the inside out. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more whole, and more like yourself.

Group Counseling

Group therapy creates a space where you can show up as you are and connect with others who truly get it. In a safe, confidential setting, you’ll share your experiences, receive honest and compassionate feedback, and gain new insight alongside people navigating similar struggles. It’s a space where your voice matters, your experiences are validated, and you can practice being more fully yourself—without the pressure to have it all figured out. You don’t have to do this alone.

Counseling groups will be formed based on client and community need and will be announced at least a month in advance.

Individual Teen Counseling

Being a teen today is a lot. Between school pressure, social stress, identity questions, and family dynamics, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or shut down. In individual therapy, I create a supportive space where teens can be themselves without judgment. We’ll work together to understand what’s going on underneath the surface—whether it’s anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, anger, or something harder to name. Using a mix of IFS, somatic therapy, and emotion-focused tools, I help teens build emotional awareness, strengthen their sense of self, and feel more grounded in who they are.
